Registration Form

This is a 7 round event in one Open section with games on Monday evenings.  It starts September 8 and ends on October 27 (we will not meet on October 6).  The winner will be the 2025 Club Champion and have their name engraved on our perpetual Champions Cup. We will also have engraved plaques for Best in Class and a $600.00 cash prize fund. Plus, a special Bset Game, Biggest Upset and Top Female Player prize.  Standard tie break methods will be used for non-cash prizes.  The September Supplement will be used for ratings. Each Round starts at 6:45 pm and the Club opens at 6:00.  Time control is Game/90 min. with 5 second delay. Two 1/2 point byes are available. Last round byes must be requested before the start of Round 6. The entry fee is $50 and should be paid online.  Advance registration is required. Online registration ends on September 8 at 5:00 pm.  You can join our renew your SGVCC dues online at our website or in person.  You can join after the first round has started but you must contact the TD per below.  You can renew or join the USCF at our registration link. We meet at the San Marino Masonic Lodge, located at 3130 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.   For more information contact TD John Wright at 626/864-5744 or at [email protected]
