2025 HIGH SCHOOL CHESS TEAMS

DATE: January 12, 2025 (Sunday)
TIME: Tournament will start at 10 am (check in before 9:40 am) and end around 5 - 5:30 pm

VENUE: San Diego Chess Club (2225 6th Ave.)

TEAMS: 5 players per team, each team can bring 1 alternate player
AWARDS: top 4 teams will be awarded. All teams will be acknowledged. SCCF, Rank & File, SDNews, Union-Tribune, local news articles

FORMAT: 5 matches, G30d5 (games 30 minutes with 5 seconds delay), NON-USCF RATED (USCF MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT REQUIRED)

FEE: $125 per team (The registration fee also covers a pizza lunch for all team members)

REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are available until January 5th, 2025 if paid by Zelle/Venmo. If paid via credit card/invoice, the refund fee is $10

DEADLINE: All registrations / payments must be received by January 5th, 2025.
