We are pleased to annouce that IM Annie Wang will give a lecture and simultaneous exhibition at SGVCC!  Annie grew up in the San Gabriel Valley area and began playing chess at the age of five.  She went on to achieve numerous accomplishments, including  the National Master title by age eleven (see our website for her full bio). 

The lecture will start at 6:30pm and the Simul games at 7:00.  If you have yet to play in a Simul the format is one where Annie will go from board to board and make a move.  No clocks are used and the games are not rated. This is a special event, not a tournament.
