2025 Club Championship

The club championship tournament will be a 7-round Swiss tournament, featuring a long time control of G/75; +30. There will be 2 sections: Championship and Candidates. The Candidates Section will use the quicker time control of G/60;d5. 

 The Candidates section is restricted to players U1600. The Championship section is restricted to players over 1400.

 You may enter on-line, or by registering by 6:45pm on Jan 7, 2025. Late registrants will be given a 1/2 pt bye and entered into the appropriate section. Please note that you need to be a member to participate in this tournament.

Club Championship Tournament details

• 7-SS Championship G/75 +30; Candidates G/60;d5

• Jan 7, 14, 21, 28, Feb 4, 11, 25 (Mar 4th make-up day, if necessary)

• 2 Section: Championship (Open), Candidates (U1600)

• Entry Fee $30 (members only)  You may join the club by Jan 14th and participate.

• Prizes: Trophy to 1st - 3rd in each section and a few section prizes based on entries (A 1-game playoff will decide a 1st place tie.)
