NOTE:

1. After you register, check the Entry List on this website to confirm that your name is there. No one will be allowed to play if they are not on the Entry List.
2. Chess sets will be provided, but please bring your own chess clock.
3. The tournament is NOT USCF-rated, so US Chess membership is not needed and it will not impact your USCF rating if you have USChess membership. If you want to paricipate in USCF-rated Championship Sections, you can register here.

• K-6
• K-3

Format:

5SS, G/25;d5.

(5 total games - Clocks at 25 minutes plus 5 seconds before you start losing time).

Round Times: 

• Round 1: 9 am
• Round 2: 10:15am
• Round 3: 11:30am 
• LUNCH
• Round 4: 1:30pm
• Round 5: 2:45pm
• Awards Ceremony: 5:30pm. (Followed by ICEA Annual Concert)

Event Cancellation Policy

• $5 Cancellation Fee until Dec 1st. Then, until 7pm 12/13, $10. No refunds at all if you cancel after 7pm on Friday, Dec. 13th. Only email will serve as a valid cancellation.

• Trophies to the Top 25% of players (Max 10 if exceeding 40 players for one section)
• Medals for All participates
