This is a USCF rated tournament, all players must have an active USCF membership

To ensure things run as smoothly as possible, and so we can accommodate as many players as possible, please abide by the following:

You must register by 10:00am on the Sunday of the Ladder.  No on-site registration.  No walk-ins.

Check In:  12:00-12:45 pm.  Players may not be paired if they arrive after 12:45pm.

Time Control:  G/90; +30 Inc

Round start at 1:00 pm.

Location:  Rockville Public Library - Second Floor, Computer Lab Address:  21 Maryland Ave, Rockville, MD 20850

Parking:    Free parking for the first two hours at Parking Lot A/B.   Free parking on the street

Entry Fee:  $0 but welcomes donation.  (Make donation as friend, and not as a business)
