Registration: All Sections (Championship, U1800, U1600, U1400, U1200): Early entry $65 by 10/7/2023, after 10/7, entry $75 until 9am the day of tournament. Day of registration at the door, $10 more than online registration, I will accept in person registration at the same rate as online rate before 10/14. | DCC members or juniors (age under 14) receive a discount of $10. | $10 fee to play up one section from your live USCF standard rating. It is only permitted to play up one section.

Championship (+1600 USCF) [1st, 2nd,3rd]: $600, $400, $200;
U2200: $200

Five sections: Championship, U1800, U1600, U1400, U1200. The Championship section is intended for players rated 1800 and above. However, players rated between 1600 an 1799 may play in the Championship section by paying an additional $10 up section charge. This makes the Minimum Rating for the championship section USCF 1600).
Note: Unrated players may play in any section, but will be only eligible to win a maximum of $200 in any section other than the Championship section, or may pay the extra $10 fee to play up in the Championship section and will be eligible for all prizes in that section.
Note: Player can only play up at most 1 section (e.g. a player rated 1520 can only play in the U1600, or in the U1800 if they pay the extra fee; but not the championship)
Note: Separate considerations will be made for players having non-USCF ratings. Please email earle.wikle7@gmail.com ahead of the tournament with the particular circumstances.

Round time 1-5: Saturday 10am, 1:30pm, 5pm - Sunday 10am 2pm
Only one half point bye will be allowed, and round 2-4 bye's must be requested before round 2. Bye’s for Round 5 will be scored as zero, but will not be considered a withdrawal.
