Four rounds: first round at 10 am, subsequent rounds occur as soon as possible
Four sections: K-12, K-8, K-5, and K-3
Time control: Game in 25 minutes with a 5-second delay (US Chess regular and quick rated)
Entry fee: $35 by 7/12, $40 by 7/14, $45 on 7/15 (on-site registration closes 30 minutes before round 1)
Masks are optional
Boards and pieces will be provided for all players, but we don’t have enough clocks for everyone (those who have clocks are welcome to bring them)
Prizes: Trophies to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each section
The hotel has a garage with free parking (and there may be some spots available in front of the hotel as well).

We also have another scholastic tournament at the same venue on Sunday July 16, and an open (for adults and kids) game-45 tournament also at the same location over Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to play all three events, because none of them conflict with each other.
