NOTE: This Saturday tournament is in addition to our other regular events. We will still be holding our weekly Tysons Corner Sunday events as well as our weekly online events.

Tournament Information:

• Location: Westin Hotel on 7801 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22043
• 4-round Swiss tournament.
• USCF rated. Time control: Game in 60 minutes with a 10-second delay.
• Saturday, January 22nd, 10 am to approximately 9 pm.
• Entry fee: $35 on or before Friday 1/14, $43 on or before Wednesday 1/19, $50 on Saturday 1/22 (on-site registration is allowed, registration for round one closes at 9:45 am on Saturday).
• Two Sections: Open and Under 1600
• PRIZES: $100 for 1st in Open; $50 for 1st in U1600.
• We will have enough chess sets for all players, but clocks will not be provided for everyone. If you have a clock, please bring one.
• Masks are optional for fully vaccinated players and required for non-vaccinated players.
• Up to two half-point byes are allowed if requested before the start of round three. Byes can be requested for any round, including the last round.
